EU Blue Card
Overview:
The Blue Card allows qualified from the third-country, countries, with high level of
education and experiences to work and
remain in the European Union. Blue card is a way towards settling permanently
in the EU.
The EU Blue Card system is designed, outside the
European Union more attractive for professionals who make Europe as a
destination. All EU Member States participating in the ' exception of the
United Kingdom, Denmark and Ireland , the system of the EU Blue Card .
The Blue card Condition:
Three important conditions are met in order to
apply for an EU Blue Card.

European citizenship
• Educated and skilled
• The
work contract or a binding offer
a) He or she has a German or an accredited
degree awarded by an agency or foreign university, which is a level comparable
to a German.
b) he or she has an employment contract with one
of the salary at least € 49,600 gross per annum (€ 4,134 per month), a
so-called professional shortage skill such as
(science, mathematics, engineers, doctors and IT skilled workers) with
the amount of € 38,688 (3224 € per month).
How to apply for an EU Blue Card
Candidates from the outsite of the EU are
required the following docuemnsts :

A completed application form, you or your employer
• A
recognized degree
• Valid
work contract of at least one year in the state intending for settlemet
• In
the case of regulated professions - certificate or an appropriate license of
occupation
• Proof
of your salary exceeding by 1.5 times the average salary in the hosting state
or for professions in shortage 1.2 times the average salary in the hosting
state
• A
written statement by the employer
• A
valid travel document
• Not
pose any threat to the public policy, security or health of the hosting state
• Two
passport-size personal photos not more than six months
Proof of payment of the registration fee
In case of no university degree:
5 years experience in certain professions is
required when. For the application of the EU Blue Card
