European Schengen Visa

General description:

The Schengen visa is issued for potential customers to visit / travel in the Schengen area, the document by the authorized  authorities.
The Schengen area includes 26 countries that have agreed to allow free movement of citizens in this area as a single country. Of the 26 countries that are bound by the Schengen Agreement of 22  are part of the EU and the other 4 are of EFTA.
This area includes most European countries, part of the agreement, except in the UK and in countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Ireland soon. However, there are countries outside the EU, such as Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not yet part of the Schengen area and appreciate the political freedom of movement

Requirements for Schengen visa application
It must be duly completed and signed application provided by the Schengen states or the intended visiting countries.
A photograph must be fixed; The photo must a passport format and has a complete face detection, and a bright background. The photo must be taken recently.
Passport and all copies of previous visas, valid required for at least 3 months prior to departure. The passport must have at least two blank pages.

You have time to get a copy of the hotel booking and  have a return ticket.
Travel insurance to save, covering any medical emergency hospital care and back for medical reasons in the country. This insurance is to cover its costs of € 30,000, the number of days of stay dependent and must be valid in all Schengen countries. Health insurance needs a visa prior to the collection of the visa and if the visa is denied, can be undone!

For Minor , there are some additional documents determined by the institution which is  as follows :
• Birth certificate of the child
• The application form must be signed by both parents
• If one parent has custody of the child, the family court to be fixed the issues.
 . • Notarized parental consent of both parents or guardians signed is attached, if the child is traveling alone.
As the above, when applying for a Schengen visa, depending on the type of visa you need, documents are additional documents that must be corrected. Please check the below lists for the required documentation:


Schengen Visa Fee
The regular fee (in Euro)
o             Airport transit visa                                                  60.00 EUR
o             Short stay Schengen visa, less than 90 days   60.00 EUR
o             Long stay visa, more than 90 days                     99.00 EUR
The visa fee is 35 EUR for:
o             Children between the age of 6 and below 12 years old.
o             Nationals from, Georgia, Kosovo, Russia, and Ukraine.

No visa fee:
•             Children under age of  6 years
•             Students, graduate students and accompanying teachers, traveling through education or training
•             Researchers from  the third world countries to carry out scientific research on the trip
•             Or representatives of non-profit organization  aged 25 years, organizes seminars, conferences, sports, cultural or educational activities by non-profit organization.
